What is an AI tendering platform?
An AI tendering platform covers the whole way from notice to bid, not just the writing. Unlike a general AI assistant such as ChatGPT, it reads the full tender documents with every appendix, works against a requirement list, takes answers from your own references and shows the source of every claim.

Built for Swedish public procurement
- Swedish notices. Tenders from the EU's TED database, Mercell (including notices from TendSign and e-Avrop) and KommersAnnons are fetched automatically. Notices from other databases are added by pasting the notice or an alert e-mail.
- Swedish buyers. See what each kommun, region and agency has procured and who won, from the Swedish National Agency for Public Procurement's statistics and TED awards. See procurement by buyer.
- LOU and Swedish documents. Falkview reads Swedish tender documents, explains the requirements in plain language and checks that the bid holds no reservations that could get it rejected.
- Pricing. Work out the price of each bid from your hourly rates and materials, next to the requirements.

AI you can put in a bid
A bid with a made-up reference or a missed mandatory requirement is worse than no bid at all. That is why Falkview shows where every answer comes from.

Your documents stay in Sweden
Your documents and details are stored on servers in Sweden (Google Cloud) and backed up every night. Only the users at your company can reach them, and we never use them to train AI models. More in our privacy policy.
