Where tenders are published
- TED: the EU database for tenders above the threshold. Free, but only the largest tenders.
- Registered notice databases: since 2020 Swedish tenders must be published in a database registered with Upphandlingsmyndigheten, such as e-Avrop, Mercell (TendSign), Kommers Annons and Visma Opic.
- Buyers' own websites, often listing advertised direct awards.
- Prior information notices, announcing planned tenders.
Which tenders are worth a bid?
- Do we meet every mandatory and qualification requirement?
- Do the size and location fit our capacity?
- Who won last time, and at what price?
- Does the evaluation model give us a chance?
Falkview collects tenders from TED and Swedish databases, scores each one against your company profile and shows the buyer's history, including on our pages for every Swedish public buyer.
