Organisations, and the individuals who represent them.
Falkview Group works two ways: with organisations choosing how they're found as a whole, and with the individuals inside them whose own name carries the decision. The same filter applies to both: real stakes, and a habit of checking search and an assistant before committing.
Two ways in.
- An organisation
- How the organisation itself is described on search engines and by assistants, when someone is still deciding whether to engage with it at all.
- An individual within it
- How a specific, named person inside it is described, once the decision narrows down to them individually, researched on their own account, separately from the organisation they belong to.
The filter, in four parts.
- 01Either an organisation is choosing a partner, or a named individual inside it is being chosen. Both count here.
- 02The decision carries real stakes: a contract, a mandate, a hire, a career.
- 03Whoever decides researches first, checking a search engine, an assistant, or usually both, before anyone picks up the phone.
- 04Being described accurately in both is worth more than ranking first in either one.
Illustration — not client data, and not a ranking. The marked stage is the only one this work reaches; everything after it is a consequence of what was read.
For example
The pattern matters more than the profession. These are illustrations, not a list of specialisms — if the filter above describes how you are chosen, the work is the same.

The boundary
Falkview Group does not generate leads, source introductions, or contact anyone on your behalf. There is no outreach component and no list.
The work is confined entirely to what you own: your presence, and the record of how you are represented. In professions where contact and solicitation are regulated, that boundary is not a limitation of the service — it is the design.
