What happens to what you send us

Falkview Group is the controller of any information you send us through this site. It is a Swedish/American corporation, working with clients internationally on a business-to-business basis.

Only what you type into one of the two forms. Nothing is gathered in the background.

The free report form asks for:

Your name, your email address, and your message.

To write the report you asked for, and to reply to you. If you decide to continue, we use the same detail to scope the work that follows.

We do not use it for anything else. You will not be added to a mailing list, and we will not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone building a marketing database.

A submission becomes an email. This site keeps no database and stores nothing on its own servers, so the message lands in a mailbox we read and stays there.

One processor is involved in that delivery: Resend, which handles the sending. Nobody else receives it.

For as long as it takes to do the thing you asked for, and to answer sensibly if you come back to us later. When it stops serving either purpose, we delete it.

You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any point, and you do not need to give a reason.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking pixel, no session recording, and no third-party script watching what you read. That is why you were never asked to accept anything when you arrived.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to us holding it at all.

Ask through the contact form and we will act on it. If you would rather not use a form to make the request, say so in one line and we will reply with a direct address you can write to.

If this notice changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information and leave the wording as it was.
