What happens to what you send us

Falkview Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, operates this website and is the controller of information you send through its forms. We work with clients internationally on a business-to-business basis.

Only what you type into one of the two forms. Nothing is gathered in the background.

The free report form asks for:

Your name, your email address, and your message.

To write the report you asked for, and to reply to you. If you decide to continue, we use the same detail to scope the work that follows.

We do not use it for anything else. You will not be added to a mailing list, and we will not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone building a marketing database.

A submission becomes an email. This site keeps no database and stores nothing on its own servers, so the message lands in a mailbox we read and stays there.

Resend sends the message, and Zoho hosts the mailbox it arrives in, on servers in the European Union. Nobody else receives it.

We keep what you send for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, and then delete it. If you become a client, the engagement's own terms take over, and accounting records are kept for as long as the applicable rules require: those are invoices, not your enquiry.

You can ask us to delete a submission sooner, at any point, and you do not need to give a reason.

This site sets no cookies. Nothing is written to your device and nothing is read from it, which is why you were never asked to accept anything when you arrived.

It does count how often each page is read and how often each form is completed, using Google Analytics configured with device storage switched off. So we can see that a page was read and that a form was sent. We cannot see who did either, recognize you when you come back, or follow you to another site. There is no advertising tag, no session recording, and no profile of you anywhere in it.

Google processes those counts for us, and receives nothing you type into either form. We added the measurement because without it we could not tell a form nobody reached from a form that people reached and gave up on.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to us holding it at all.

If this notice changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information and leave the wording as it was.
